Most guide lines are the same as a Chapter 7 PLUS:
- If your just filing, your plan must be confirmed.
- You must have a court order or judges approval.
- If you need a written proposal to send to the court we can provide one for you.
- If you need a rental car before your Motion To Borrow is granted we have a rental program available, at reduced rates.
